  Once bitten, twice shy! Bought some baggy shorts (and a lot of other stuff) here 10 months ago, but discovered defect in fabric after only two wearings. Tried to return them. No problem locating receipt but store refused refund or replacement because purchase "too old". Almost walked out then, but I relented and bought two shirts. My thanks? Returned for "Black Friday" sale a week later, but store would not allow me to use their toilet -- like I'm some sort of pariah. This time I really did leave -- for good! This is supposed to be a high-end retailer. Someone should tell their sales staff.
